Introduction: This page contains a selected number of products derived from the NOAA’s National Center for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) models: Global Forecast System (GFS), Global Ensemble Forecast System (GEFS), and Global Data Assimilation System (GDAS) for all the production cycles. Products are primarily intended to support the missions of the U.S. Agency for International Development, the World Meteorological Organization, the Regional Specialized Meteorological Centers (RSMCs), and the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs). The web page features Africa and its sub-regions in support of the WMO Severe Weather Forecasting Demonstration Project (SWFDP), but also provides access to all the regions of the world.
